By accessing or using the Kyraxx platform, API, dashboard, or any associated SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Responsibilities

• ● You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
• ● You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• ● You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• ● One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kyraxx to:

• ● Distribute malware, ransomware, or any harmful software
• ● Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ● Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• ● Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization

Limitation of Liability

Kyraxx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
